Around the same time, I started working on the CMS Style, I was cutting my teeth on getting comfortable with some new tools. A 3D scanner and printer are now part of the design arsenal, and I’ve been working my butt off making sure I can make them do what I want. After dusting off some of my lesser used brain cells, I’ve got a decent comfort level with generating adequate scan data and have developed a system for moving existing geometries around to different platforms. Additionally, I have the abitity to capture a custom geometry and slap it on a good selection of handles.
